Youth organisations such as Streets of Growth have run several training programmes in construction, the idea was to help young people take advantage of the thousands of construction jobs which would be created by the Games. Reflecting four years on, the video explores some of the challenges the organisation has had to face in its mission to provide opportunities for the local community.
